About Me

I grew up in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, where I pursued my undergraduate degree in Art. After some time maintaining my studio practice in Saint Paul, I moved south to pursue my MFA in Drawing & Painting at the University of Kansas. 

In my most recent work I'm interested in the effects of the screen and digital space within contemporary culture. How we use digital space to form identity, connection, and reality are key elements of exploration for me.

I also enjoy tattooing, talking about my dog, and ice cream in all its forms.
